 Externado University collaborates in book with the Max Planck Institute of Germany.

Following an invitation by the Max Planck Institute, the director of the intellectual property  department of our University,  Dr Ernesto Rengifo, took part on the creation of a book about the current situation of the Intellectual Property in Latin America.

As head of the Colombian chapter, Dr Rengifo shared his expertise on the field with an analysis of the different legal instruments by which a balance of the interests is reached.

On the same publication Dr Rengifo, explains in detail the “three steps rule” in copyright and it is a publication by MPI.
